Please note if the residence is within the Fourth Council Educational Housing District, which includes the neighborhoods of East Falls, Roxborough, Manayunk, West Allegheny, West Philadelphia (north of Market Street), Overbrook Farms and Wynnefield.
The Educational District Act (Bill #020482) limits the amount of unrelated individuals (no more than 3) that can live in a single dwelling. Residences within the Fourth Council Educational Housing District that allow more than 3 unrelated individuals are out of compliance.
We recommend you only coordinate with landlords and rental agents have a valid housing renting license.
